OUR STAFF

With more than 30 years of commitment to improving the lives of children and young adults, ODTC's success is directly attributable to our compassionate and dedicated staff. More than 30 members of our staff have been working for ODTC for more than a decade. Our staff has created a stable environment essential in providing the best possible care.

Dan Borchardt
Residential Services Director

Dan has been with ODTC since 1995. Before his current position as Residential Services Director, Dan served as Assistant Youth Care Director. Prior to that, Dan held many positions, including Youth Counselor, Unit Supervisor, Clinical Specialist, and Adolescent Unit Coordinator.

Dan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater accredited Social Work Program. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and is a Certified Social Worker through the Department of Regulation and Licensing.

Floriane d'Oleire, M.D.
Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

Doctor Floriane d'Oleire has been a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at ODTC since September of 2003. She is a graduate of the University of Tuebingen Medical School, Germany. Dr. d'Oleire completed her Residency in General Psychiatry and Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She is board certified in General and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and has practiced in both public and private sectors.

 

Helen Drotzer
Housekeeping Supervisor

Helen Drotzer has been with ODTC since March of 1986 and has worked in the housekeeping field since 1979. She thoroughly enjoys being part of ODTC's team and is devoted to keeping ODTC a clean and safe place to live and to work.

Helen has two children and two grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys touring across the country with her husband on his motorcycle.

 
 

Christie Ducklow
Training Director

Christie Ducklow joined ODTC as our Training Director in March 2005. She has worked for over 10 years in the Training and Development area, including training experience in the healthcare field. Christie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Theatre Arts. She is a certified instructor with the American Red Cross in First Aid and CPR, as well as a state-approved trainer for CBRF training modules.

In her free time, Christie enjoys spending time with her family and participating in jazz/ballet and yoga.

 
 

Cathy Eareckson, ACSW, LCSW
Residential Services Director

Cathy is currently a Residential Services Director. Previously, she served as the Social Services Director, and held that position since she started at ODTC in 1988. Cathy received her undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco. She received her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota. Cathy is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Wisconsin.

 
 

Anne L. Felden, Ph.D.
Psychologist

Dr. Felden is a graduate of the University of Oslo, Norway. She completed an internship at a school for hearing-impaired children. Before moving to the United States, Anne worked for two years as a School Psychologist with hearing-impaired children in Oslo. She has been employed at ODTC since 1989.

 
 

Valerie Brzeski
Recruitment Manager

Valerie Brzeski came to ODTC's sister company, Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc (PWHO) in February of 2004 as a temporary staff member at Gatehouse. A few months later she jumped at the opportunity to join the full time staff there. After a year and a half of working with and learning from the Gatehouse staff and residents, Valerie accepted the Assistant Manager position at Lang Home in October of 2005.

In 2007, Valerie also joined the ODTC team, and currently functions as Recruitment Manager for both ODTC and PWHO.

Valerie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. What Valerie enjoys most about her job and vocation is facing new challenges every day and knowing that she is making a difference in others’ lives. In her free time Valerie likes to go backpacking, camping, and rock climbing.

 
 

Chris Gordon
Education Director

Chris Gordon, Director of Education, joined ODTC in February, 2002. Her duties allow her to serve the students of ODTC by facilitating the delivery of flexible educational programs. Chris has over 25 years of experience in education with administrative, specialist, and classroom licenses. Having worked with students at every educational level, from pre-school to graduate programming, Chris has found her greatest professional satisfaction working with the students of ODTC.

Chris and her husband, Mark, have two grown daughters and one school age son. Chris has many hobbies, but most of all she loves to fish and swim. She is fortunate to live on the Oconomowoc River where she can do both.

 
 

Merry Griffith, RN, C
Health Services Coordinator

Merry has been at ODTC since 1993 and a Registered Nurse since 1992. She received her Certification in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing in 1998, and in 2000 Merry was also certified as a CPR and First Aid instructor by the American Red Cross.

 
 

Karen Johnson, RN, C
Health Services Director

Karen attended Waukesha County Technical College and graduated in 1977 from the Licensed Practical Nursing Program. In 1982, she received an Associate Degree in WCTC's Registered Nursing Program and graduated in 1984. Karen became a certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse in 1990 which is a specialty area recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Karen has been employed at ODTC since 1988. As Health Services Director, she supervises the ongoing medical needs of our clients and also supervises the Food Service Department.

Karen is married and has one daughter. She and her husband enjoy time with their grandchildren, vacationing in Door County and watching their son-in-law who is active in auto racing.

 
 

Stephanie Koster-Peterson
Admissions Director

Stephanie has worked in the Social Service field since 1990, having been granted a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a strong emphasis in Child and Family Studies. A State of Wisconsin Certified Social Worker, Stephanie joined ODTC's Admissions Department team in 1997 following six years as a Social Worker in a Residential Treatment Center. She lives in Milwaukee with her family.

 
 

Greg Kuklinski
Maintenance Supervisor

Greg has been the Maintenance Supervisor at ODTC since 1989 and started working for the Center in 1988. As Maintenance Supervisor, Greg and his staff are responsible for the buildings and grounds of ODTC and its group homes, as well as ODTC's corporate company, Oconomowoc Residential Programs, and other ODTC sister companies.

 
 

Kerri Lesniewski
Residential Services Director - Group Homes

Kerri began her ODTC career in 1992 as a Direct Care Staff. Since that time, Kerri has been consistently promoted; first as a Residential Counselor, a Group Home Manager, and then as ODTC Group Home Coordinator. Kerri was named ODTC Group Home Director in 2002.

Kerri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

 
 

Amanda Buerger
Admissions Coordinator

Amanda has been at ODTC since 2002.  Her previous experience includes teaching summer school in Jefferson, and tutoring students with special needs in Watertown.  At ODTC, Amanda was first a teacher of elementary age students and then she taught in a classroom with students having very intensive treatment needs. 

In 2005, Amanda became part of our Admissions Department and now functions as an Admissions Coordinator.

Amanda is a 2000 graduate of the University of Minnesota, Mankato, and has a Bachelors Degree in Art Education.  She currently lives in Jefferson with her husband.

 

 
 

Uli Senz
Admissions Coordinator—Illinois Representative

Uli is a welcome addition to the ODTC admissions and marketing group. He represents ORP and ODTC in Illinois and is stationed in Chicago.

Uli earned a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Tuebingen, Germany, and a certificate from the Institute for Business Administration and Data Processing in Frankfurt, Germany.

He worked for the German Association for Behavior Therapy and at the Department of Psychology of the University of Tuebingen before relocating to Chicago in 1989. Since then, Uli has had many years of progressive experience within the Illinois child welfare system including residential social work, foster care and independent living program management. He and his wife are licensed foster and adoptive parents.

Uli has worked on many child welfare committees and is presently a member of the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) Statewide Foster Care Advisory Council.

 
 

Christine Naylor
Education Coordinator

Chris has been at ODTC since 1987. Her positions at ODTC include Group Home Youth Counselor, Vocational Program Assistant, Teacher, and currently Education Coordinator. Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a degree in Special Education. She has a teaching license in Cognitive Disabilities (K-12).

Chris lives in the Oconomowoc area with her husband and her cherished golden retriever, Naz. She enjoys traveling, reading, and volunteering for the Girl Scouts. She is a Nascar fan.

 
 

Mike Purpura
Community Relations Director

Mike has worked in the Human Services field since 1979, and has been employed at ODTC since 1996. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and a Master's Degree in Administrative Leadership and Supervision. At ODTC, Mike began as an Admissions Representative, then became Admissions Director, and currently serves as ODTC's Community Relations Director. He lives in Milwaukee with his family.

 
 

Dragan Radjenovic
Support Services Director

Dragan began his career in the human service field almost 20 years ago. Dragan did volunteer work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Day Care Center while attending the University. Dragan's career includes work as a Youth Counselor, Senior Counselor, and Counselor Supervisor. He also performed duties as a Psychiatric Technician and as a Correctional Officer for Milwaukee County. Dragan has been with ODTC since 1993, and had been Youth Care Director since 1999, prior to assuming his current duties as Support Services Director..

 
 

Ruth Richart
Secretary

Ruth is the Secretary and Receptionist for the ODTC campus, with the Administrative Support Team. Ruth attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and worked as a medical secretary most of her career. She has held her position for fourteen years and enjoys every minute. A very special experience for Ruth was having one of our adult residents in a work program under her tutelage for over eight years, where they both developed a lasting friendship and enjoyed working together.

For recreation, Ruth enjoys boating trips (especially on the Mississippi), jet skiing, fishing, and bird watching.

 
 

Kara Stevenson, M.S.
Residential Services Director

Kara had been the Clinical Services Director at ODTC since 2002, prior to assuming her current duties as Residential Services Director. Kara received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin. She received her Master's degree in Educational Psychology with a focus in community counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Kara has been with ODTC since 1995 and has worked in Youth Care, as a Behavioral Specialist, and as a Clinical Specialist.
